Capacity:: The Orthopaedics Ward has 10 beds for inpatient treatment and recovery of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Purpose:: It provides medical, surgical, nursing, and rehabilitation support for bone, joint, muscle, ligament, and related conditions.
Patient Profile:: It accommodates patients with fractures, joint and ligament injuries, spinal conditions, degenerative disorders, infections, and postoperative orthopaedic needs.
Facilities and Care: The ward provides nursing care, vital-sign monitoring, medication, wound care, mobility assistance, and postoperative observation.
Medical Coordination:: The ward coordinates with orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists, diagnostics, operating theatre, and other hospital departments.
Safety and Infection Control::: Fall prevention, safe mobility, wound care, hygiene, infection control, medication safety, and postoperative precautions are maintained.
Continuity of Care:: Patients receive rehabilitation and follow-up guidance and are discharged when clinically appropriate.
